Gentle Yoga In-Person

Take a deep breath, stretch, and find your calm. Gentle Yoga is perfect for beginners or anyone looking for a slower-paced, restorative practice. This class focuses on mindful movement, balance, and flexibility to help reduce stress and support overall wellness.

This program is made possible through a Four County Library System Mini Grant, bringing additional fitness opportunities to our community. Mats, blocks and blankets are available to borrow, or bring your own if you prefer.
